I had a swishing sound coming from dashboard and I noticed spot's of antifreeze on floor. Dobbs found sources of problems when dealer was not able to one week earlier. Dobbs fixed everything quickly and right he first time. Everyone is always polite and professional.

They do great work and I trust them. I don't trust easily because I've been burnt by another shop. Dodd's in So County have always been honest. I have never had any complaints about the work. Once they fix something it stays fixed.

I asked to have occasional noise when making sharp left turn checked. They weren't sure, but said my struts needed to be replaced. Done. Then I was told that the power steering fluid needed change. Done. My drive home, after about $1200, was very noisy and bumpy like old truck, especially in rear. I was afraid to drive it. Returned on Monday. Found a part wasn't setting right. They replaced part. Loud sounds in back were better, but drive was generally still noisier and bumpier than before. My 75000 mile car had been nice to drive, very smooth for an older car. I'm not sure about the fluid job either. When backing out if parking place, I heard a scraping sound. I wish I had my old car back. The guys were friendly, but otherwise, I'm disappointed.
