Oil Change

My oil change and tire rotation was fine. The smell of smoke was so bad in my vehicle- I had my windows down the entire day and still could smell it. I have never had this issue before. This was very disappointing and needs to be addressed with employees.

The service itself, an oil change and 60,000 mile replacement of fluids went ok. I brought the car in for an oil change and said I'd leave the car and walk some errands in the area since it would take 45 minutes. When I was called an hour later, the fluids also needed to be topped off. I was told it would be another 60-70 minutes to complete that service. I returned to the Dobbs lobby an hour later and proceeded to wait another 45 minutes before anyone asked which car I was waiting on, and it was another 10 minutes after that before the car was pulled around and I was able to pay and leave. There were two bays open when I got there at 10 a.m. and no one waiting in the lobby. The lack of timeliness ensured that I won't be back, in spite of them trying to make it better by offering a $30 discount.

Tire rotation

I took my vehicke in for a tire rotation and balance, and was very pleased. I ususlly am when i visit Dobbs. I tell everyone if they want an honest shop, go to Dobbs. I feel other places unnecessarily fix and/or replace parts.
