Took it in because I was receiving a low tire message on driver front tire. But the technican found all tires were low and checked them all out. So glad they went the extra mile since I was leaving town the next day with the vehicle.
Fast and courteous service
I could not believe what I heard from the other end of the phone line at 1:30 pm on Halloween... "Sure... Bring it in." I needed four new tires and an oil change, and all were well overdue. I hadn't been able to find time to get to the shop, and I just knew that they would say they were booked for the day. Instead they volunteered, before I could even ask when they could get me in, "How fast can you be here because today is the last day for Buy 3 Get 1 Tires." I was so grateful! And as promised my car was ready by 5 pm! Thanks Dobbs for making this task so easy, quick, and painless!
Service was very good and prompt
I will not bring any of my vehicles to Dobbs again because of this experience! I was told that I needed $700 worth of work to get my safety inspection (with an additional $1100 recommended). Later I find that my inspection was, in fact, passed (by dobbs) and that I did not need the new caliper and rotors that dobbs said were MANDITORY... new break pads were recommended, but not NEEDED (these pads were under warranty by dobbs but were not replaced by dobbs because dobbs said that I NEEDED to do this additional work). So I paid to have new pads put on elsewhere and still saved myself $600. I have told my entire family (all live locally) about this experience and will tell anyone who asks to no go to Dobbs. Scam!
They were priced way below the dealership. The service was done in a timely manner and everyone was friendly.
