I took my car in for some steering problems and clunking noise. I talked to the service manager, Bob, who was awesome. He explained exactly what was going on and got it fixed. He also advised that my tires were really worn (which I knew) and that there was a great tire deal going on, so I ended up getting 4 new tires much cheaper than I had expected. Everything was done and I had my car back by mid afternoon. Couldn't be more pleased with the professional service of Bob and the rest of the staff. It is nice to be able to trust a car shop, and not worry that you are being taken advantage of, and I recommend this Dobbs to anyone who needs any work done.

Excellent Service

on new year's eve I had took my vehicle to Calvert's Express and they were suppose to repair my wheel bearing-however they crushed my ABS sensor lights and wheel bearing - long story short I took my car to DOBBS TIRE AND AUTO in hopes they could fix what Calvert express messed up-Dobbs Got me RIGHT! Routine Maintenance

Just in for oil change and tire rotate and balance. Setting up an appointment was a pleasant experience. Showed up for appointment at time scheduled and was in and out in about an hour.

They missed something critical

I brought my car in (2014, not 2011) to a blown-out tire replaced. The tire was installed but the mechanics totally missed the damaged ABS system wires hanging down and broken clamp, which caused the car not drive smoothly and speedometer not to function. I had to take it to a Ford dealer to get it fixed a few days later.

Watching the bottom line

My 2001 Jeep Wrangler suddenly started overheating when idling in traffic. I dropped to by Dobbs with no appointment to have them check it out. They found it was just a broken hose clamp and were going to get me out of there for around $30, didn't try to up sell me at all. I asked them to add an oil change since it was already in the shop and the engine had been hot.

Four new tires

I shopped around for tires - both for price and performance and settled on Dobbs. I am glad we did. Tires are never cheap, but the service at Dobbs was excellent. One part of their routine is to check filters and both of our air filters needed changing, so they did that as well as supply four new tires. I like the warranty and the service. But this is not Jerry, this is jerry's wife, Bonnie, who made these choices.

Always friendly helpful service. Been a customer for years.
