Rear End Brake Work

I had great service upfront. However, Later that day , I had some noise in my rear brakes. I went back that evening to have it checked out. However, I did not get a helpful response at all. I was told they could not set an appt. to have it looked at. I could just drop it off. That seemed odd to me. I just left pretty surprised by the response I recieved.
