Some minor concerns

Our family is long-time Dobbs customer and have been delighted with the service on our 4 vehicles. However on this most recent visit to the Olivette location, my car was returned to me with greasy handprints all over the seat, center console & steering wheel (I requested wipes & cleaned it), and I noticed the next day that I'm missing a valve stem cap after having the tires rotated. Small things, but they leave an impact...
