Flat tire

You put my spare back in the car backwards and left the jack in my trunk. When I came home we had to flip the tire and tie down the tire with the jack.

Prompt with replacing my headlight. They did not have the bulb, but kept me informed & informed me of the price it would cost.

Everything went great as usual.

I am consistently pleased with the service I receive at this location.

Flat Tire

I brought my car in to get a flat fixed. I was then called and told that my flat was not covered on the road hazard policy. I was told the road hazard was void since my tier was low and I drove on it. I was told they would give me a deal on a new tire, $114. What are you to do when driving on the highway and the tire goes low? I was told the side wall was destroyed. Getting a flat on the highway should be advertised that it is not covered under road hazard. I was treated poorly on the phone call and even worse when I came back in to talk about the tire. I have spent many of thousands of dollars in your store on all 3 of my vehicles over the past three years. When I mentioned that to the employee, he said "So What". I was eventually given a new tire under the road hazard policy, not because it was the correct thing to do by your store, but because there were a lot of customers in the store buying tires and they started asking about why a flat was not covered on the road hazard policy.
