I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars. Came in expecting to drop off a flat tire and come back for it later, but was told if i waited 1/2 an hour it would be done. Long story, short...I was walking out the door 25 minutes later, repaired and ready to go! THANK YOU!
I spent almost $900 to get my car fixed only to bring it back the next day with it doing the same thing. I had to spend another $567 to get it fixed. The only thing Dobbs said was it's will give you $50 off the second visit. My car didn't need the repairs from the first visit, but they would not refund my money. They misdiagnosed my car and told me it was my fault
I really trust Jason (Service Mgr) when he explains what needs to be done. He is honest and will let you know what can wait. I'v also had good experience with other associates...when I had so much work done they took $40 off the alignment that was added at the conclusion.
I had an appt at 1p. They started on my job very quickly. They finished the job in a short period of time. I am very pleased and will recommend the location to family and friends. Happy New Year
Dobbs on Telegraph provided great service at a reasonable price.
I was called out of town unexpectedly and needed a quick oil change. I called in to the Telegraph location and they got me in right away. I was on my way in less than a half hour during rush hour traffic. Thanks for the quick turnaround!
Timeliness and service were excellent. We have been using this shop for several years. Always outstanding work Friendliness and willingness to explain problems is continually present.
