Had a 3:30 appointment for an oil change, after a 30 minute wait and asking if an appointment had any validity they finally took the car in, at 4:20 I'm still waiting. Boo Dobbs you will never see me again!!!

Excellent service.Found the oil leak and repaired it. Since the car has an odd tire size, they had to do some research to order the tires. Tires arrived the next and were mounted and balanced.

Leaking Oil after oil change
Dobbs changed the oil & oil filter. @ about 2,000 miles noticed oil on the garage floor. Went back to Dobbs who then charged me for a oil change when they addmitted they did not put the oil filter on correctly. Why should I have to pay for a Dobbs mistake? No manager was available on a Saturday to talk to so, they charged me full amount of a new oil change. NICE
