Missed a nail in my tire

While I scheduled an oil change I also mentioned that my tire pressure light was on again, after I had it checked and reset two days prior. It was explained to me how pressure can fluctuate based on temperature (I understand how this works). I mentioned I would be taking a trip, so I would really like it taken care of. Upon picking up my car, I was told a couple tires were over inflated but it was fine. I drove my car and the tire pressure came on again, and had to get it taken care of out of town which as infantily more stressful and all the more frustrating that I had tried to be proactive about it. There was a nail in my tire that was causing a slow leak. This makes me question the quality of servservice I receive and how seriously my concerns are taken as a customer. It also appears I was charged for for a misc. service and I hope this wasnt it

2006 Jeep Liberty

Took daughter's Jeep in for multiple issues. One was a repeat, the "Check Gas Cap" alarm repeatedly comes on. Had Dobbs again do diagnostics and they replaced the gas cap. But the fault returned immediately after leaving the store. All other issues seemed to have been taken care of, so we're just living with the false warnings.
