Great job on the above mentioned items.Had they told me upon arrival they had broken my windshield I would have been pleased with their honesty.But I got my keys and got in my car. CRACKED WINDSHIELD?!?!Promptly reentered store and informed the gentleman a crack was there where there was none before.He said he would inform the store manager in the morning.Went home hoping not to be accused of lying, but was happily grateful when said store manager told us it would be replaced free of charge. Well done!My only lingering thought, is that had my husband not been involved things would probably have not gone as well.

I called and said I needed an ignition coil replaced and that autozone had verified that for me. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone basically told me that didn't mean anything and later called and told me it was an ignition coil. Surprise! Then I felt other things were being pushed on me. I spoke with a mechanic friend who informed me that Dobbs was over charging me for the basic fix by around $200. I didn't have them fix anything and I was still charged around $140 for them to take apart the engine and diagnose the problem despite the fact that I had told them what the problem was myself. I'd been a customer of theirs for years. I felt extremely taken advantage of and I will never take my vehicle here again. I was furious about this and will tell everyone I know to look elsewhere for car service.

It was ready when they said it was ready. And they did everything they said they would do. They caught a couple of problems that I did not tell them about. But I knew they were there. Good work Dobbs!

Came in for winter update, noticed I needed new tires. All good for winter.
