diagnosed and fixed

My engine was having a "cranking" problem with no dashboard lights indicating a problem. Dobbs boys did a great job in professionally diagnosing the problem and finding just the right solution. Much to my relief!!

I had my truck inspected and it failed emissions testing. I would've appreciated more advice re: repairs necessary to rectify the situation--I had to go elsewhere to get my vehicle adequately repaired. Otherwise, very courteous.

Good service, Forgot coupon

I brought my car in to have the tire repaired. The hole was in the sidewall so they were not able to repair it. While it was in I asked about oil change specials and was told they could do the oil change for $26 so I authorized it. When I picked up the car and drove away I noticed that the coupon was not applied so I had paid full price. Otherwise the service was good.

I always get great conscientious service at this Dobbs.

Pricey, fast okay

I used a coupon for $15.00 off and still paid $50.04 for an oil change. When I mentioned that is the same price as below I was told it was $10.00 off last time. Seemed odd I pulled my old receipt and there was no mentioning of a discount but w/e. Oil change was fast and that I appreciate.
