Not Good. I go out of my way to this location and all and all have spent upward of 8000.00 or more with you. This time the sale rep was very cold and unfriendly. When I left, the truck still shimmied between 54-58 mph. The wheels were supposed to have been rotated be were not and the biggest issue I have is when we walked back they were spraying something on the inside of the wheel right before putting it back on the truck. They told us that I need to replace a wheel axle seal at the cost of 700 dollars. Having others look and see no evidence of leaking other than the wetness of the inside of the wheel where they spayed what looked like grease. In addition we were quoted by two other dealers 150 dollars to do both sides.Bottom line, I will no longer do business with your company and or recommend you to anyone else.
Was able to drop off my car by 8 AM and promised it would be done by the afternoon. Received a call that it was done around 11 AM. Very quick service and very professional agents at the check in desk.
I've been visiting here often enough I know most of the office staff's name. So, obviously I'm a happy repeat customer! They got me through super quick! Thanks!
