Dobbs Tire & Auto Center

Had Brand New 22 Pirelli Tires put on and they did an alignment and balanced the Tires . Vehicle drove fine . Went to have an oil change done and the rotated the tires and now the steering wheel is off centered and when driving you feel a shimme in the steering wheel. Took it back to Dobbs and they said has this vehicle ever been in a wreck , I said No . You all just put Brand New Tires and did an alignment check and balance and said it was fine . The Problem is still not fixed and I have a brand new set of Pirelli 22 on the vehicle. The Problem needs to be fixed by Dobbs .

Always great service

I just needed a safety & emissions inspection for a new (to me) car that I bought before getting the title transferred, and my schedule was really tight, and they got it done by when I needed it, even though they told me they had a few appointments already and they couldn't promise anything. Every time I've come to this location, they help you quickly and professionally. I'll be coming back for all my auto repair needs for sure.

Low tire pressure light is still on, I don't believe they checked the spare tire as requested.

Vehicle Inspection

I recently brought my vehicle in for an emissions inspection and was impressed with how quickly it was completed. We always bring our vehicle to the Lake Sr. Louis Dobbs because of their excellent customer service and quality work. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Never again

Im never taking a car to dobbs again. I went there and told them what was wrong with my car and they suggested doing a diagnostic on my car even though I already had one from auto zone. I already knew what I needed done to my car and they tried telling me I need something done to my car that had already been done 6-8 months ago. And then had the nerve to say my car runs fine. I'm no longer going to another dobbs again. Rip off

Ill never take my car anywhere else. Ive been going here for over a year since moving to this area and always have fabulous service. The front desk guys know their customers and treat you like friends. My son even looks forward to seeing Tom and gets bummed when I go here without him. They dont try to sell you 10,000 other services like a lot of shops. They do a great job and take great care of their customers.

Good Service

We were thankful for the work done by Matt at Dobb's as we were traveling from out of town and our car broke down. They took care of us, kept in good contact, and kept our car until we could return at the end of the week.
