Happy with the diagnosis of my front brakes. I thought maybe I needed new pads, and I was told no, there's plenty of pad left. Thank you for your honesty, it means a lot these days. Dobbs then replaced a tpms sensor that while working, the threaded tip had broken off, rendering it useless as far as re airing that tire. Also asked for a 4 tire rotation.I told the counter guy " I'd like 28 PSI put in the tires", as I knew you would air all 4 tires.I was sitting outside near the bay when the tech pulled it out after he was done. When he walked past me I asked how much PSI? He said 35......I understand that 28 is not the normal pressure, but these are 10 ply AT tires on a 2 door JK Wrangler, so they're pretty stiff, and 28 psi works well in that light vehicle with stiff sidewall tires. It just bugged me that the counter guy just basically dismissed my request as if I was uninformed. I had no problem signing something stating that I agreed to 28psi. That was my only gripe...

Oil change/ Tires rotated

I am a loyal customer at Dobbs. I usually have excellent service. However, when I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, I had a couple of issues. First - when I drove away from there and got home, I was missing a hub cap. This has happened before. Second - 2 days later, I noticed oil leaking all over my garage. I drove back to the store and they tightened something to get it to stop leaking. This has happened once before as well. I am not writing to complain. Just wanted you to be aware. Typically, I trust your service. Maybe just need to take note of these issues in the future.

first time shopper

Just moved to the mainland after 8 years living on an island. Was gifted a truck and it needed brakes. I had forgotten how expensive vehicles could be. The service was great and I am happy with the overall experience with Dobbs.

Awful

I had a 10:00a appointment for state and emission inspections. I asked if the car would be ready by 2:00p that day and was promised it would be. I returned at 2:10 to find work had not begun on my car. I had to wait another 30 minutes for work to be completed. While waiting for my car I witnessed four other customers walk out angry because they felt they were getting the run around or their cars weren't ready when promised. I'd heard bad things about Dobbs, my visit proved them out.

Keeping it new

I continue to depend on Dobbs Tire and Auto to service and maintain my '86 Camaro. I've not been disappointed. Dobbs always does excellent work! Thanks to Dobbs, my Chevy runs like the day it came off the assembly line.
