What excellent customer service this young man gives!

Good service but lengthy

Told appointments taken at 8 but they open at 7. If I get there around 730 they would take me before pulling scheduled cars in the bays. Had another guy getting oil change in front of Newhouse had been there since 7, was done at 8. I got there 730, done 830. Guess only 1 guy doing oil changes at that time? Should have been 30 minutes

Incomplete Work

I took my car in for inspections and a tire rotation. The car passed the safety inspection and it shouldn't have due to a bulge in the tire. They didn't discover the bulge until rotating the tires and called me and said I needed a new tire that they wouldn't have until Monday. I picked up my car Monday around 6 pm. On Tuesday morning I noticed a white circle on my tire and after a closer look I discovered the circle was where they marked the bulge in the tire they didn't replace. My car sat in their lot for an entire day and they let me pay and leave without replacing a tire with an obvious safety issue. I then had the inconvenience of having to go back and have them put on the tire that should have been replaced a day sooner and the only way they would compensate me was by giving me 3 free oil changes. I requested my money back for the tire that I had to pay for and was told they couldn't do that. I don't want their oil changes because I can't trust that they will actually change it.

Great Assist From Matt & Team

I had a set of new Michelins installed by a Toyota dealer. They took two attempts and could not get them properly balanced. I called Michelin they suggested it could be a different problem and recommended Dobbs as a authorized Michelin warranty site. Matt stepped out and worked out the swap out for a new set with Michelin. They were diligent about making certain that the balancing exceeded the standards. They were courteous, knowledgeable and willing to do what it takes to get the job done. A+ to Matt and his team of professionals.
