Came in early, without an appointment. They were booked up, but said they would get me in asap. They worked me in very quickly. Always work with you. Great customer service!

Oil change and tire rotation

Unfortunately my review is one on disappointment. I left my Car with Dobbs-Wentzville for an oil change on morning. When I came back that evening to pick up my vehicle, I got into my car only to find oil marks all over the floor of my tan interior. This is the second time that this facility has left my car with significant oil markings (I took photos for proof of you want to see) I will not be returning to this facility for service due to the repeated offense and poor customer service. Use a paper liner for Christ sake!

Prompt courteous service and we thought we needed brakes replaced but Scott called to say the brakes looked fine and not to replace them at this time. Much appreciated!

Long Time Customer

I did a fair amount of business with Dobbs on Olive in Creve Coeur over the years and was well-served.Happy to report that Dobbs in Lake St. Louis did a great job, when I relocated to St. Charles County and needed new tires.

Bait and switch oil change

I was extremely surprised when it came time to pay the oil change bill. Took my trk. in at 9am Sunday 11-29-20015. for an oil change exspecting to pay $19.99 plus an extra qtr. of oil. My bill was $66.80, when I asked why James said you should have told us you did not want the Valoline Maxlife oil. Sorry to say burn once and that is it, don't think I will return to that store!
