Have been bringing my vehicles to this store for almost 18 years. Unfortunately will not be back. Staff incredibly rude and unprofessional. Service to vehicles is excellent, but customer service severely lacking.

A big thanks

For the second time yesterday this location helped us in an emergency situation. After calling 3 other stores based on our location with a tire that was losing pressure Dobbs on Chippewa told us to come right in and they would help us. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend Dobbs on Chippewa!

Nickel and dimed

Emissions test failed, and instead of checking the cigarette lighter fuse, which, from what I've read, seems to be a quick diagnostic, my car was taken out and diagnosed later in the day. It turned out to be the fuse, and I was charged $30 instead of the normal $114 for a diagnostic. That's a deal right? No, that's nickel and diming. Someone who 3 weeks earlier spent $800 on new tires should have been given a 20 cent fuse, and sent on my way.
