I was greeted and asked what I needed. I was then told to leave the car, I received a call saying what I would need to have fixed, and returned to my car being fixed.
The last time I went in the Dobbs I needed to get a light bulb changed it was My left rear blinker. I had a new bulb with me that I wanted to use but the gentleman that helped me stated that they would just replace it with one of theirs. Ended up paying over $13 just to get a bulb change. I think thats a little silly since I brought in the part that needed to be changed. I've never had many issues with up until that point I think that if a customer brings in a part you shouldn't sluff them off and say no we're going to use our parts instead. He didn't give me any type of reasoning of why he couldn't use the bulb I brought in and ended up paying more then i was quoted on the phone.
