I had a blown tire. I had the car towed to this location. I called ahead and explained the situation and offered the tire size as I knew I'd need a replacement. The person on the phone declined and said to just come into the store. Upon receiving it took 30 minutes for someone to check the tire. An hour for the replacement tire to be delivered to the store and was told it was there and that it wouldn't be much longer. It then took 2 hours before it was replaced, and that was only after I finally got out of my seat and asked someone about it. I counted 4 other customers that came in and left before I did, and two of them had a new tire replaced. I am not the kind of person that likes to make a scene, but, yet, one of those customers made a scene about the same reason and got a free tire and out the door an hour and half before me. I have never been this furious over Dobbs and have been a lifelong customer. Maybe I need to rethink this relationship!

I am very greatful that you were open on a Sunday - it would have been helpful if you would have a message on your phone stating your hours when you are open. The person on the desk was very helpful and I did not realized that I had Road Hazzard on my tires; but he noticed when he look up my records from the time that I had bought my tires and I did not have to pay the full price on my tire.
I was so pleased to be able to squeeze in an oil/filter change on a Sunday afternoon. Some weeks the week days are too filled up.
