the service was fast but it took longer to check out-45 minutes because your card wouldn't work. We had to use a different card so we lost our discount because of this. Very disappointing. You didn't get our amount of almost $600.00 on the Dobbs card!!!

I was told the service would be completed in 2 hours. After 2 1/2 hours I call for an update, and was told the service would take five hours total. I've historically had great service from this center, so I don't know what happened ...

Got an appt. within an hour of calling for an oil change. Got there about 10 min. early. They took car about 10 min. later. Car was done within an hour thereafter.
