I dropped off my car at the end of the day for service the next morning. To my pleasant surprise, the Dobbs team decided to squeeze in my service that afternoon instead of making me wait until the next day. Very happy with my experience!

Got in and out in a timely basis
I appreciate being able to get my regular oil changes and check ups completed in a reasonably short time. Also appreciate the courteous staff.
It was Saturday morning and we had just returned from Vacation the previous evening late. Driving home from the airport I got a low tire warning. I checked it out Saturday morning and it was almost flat. Put some air in it and drove straight to Dobbs, Hampton. They were busy and said there were a couple of people ahead of me, and it may be a couple of hours, oh well. I went into the waiting room and made a phone call, and looked up and my car had been moved, walked outside and the tech was backing it out of the service bay and said I was all done????Went back inside and paid and was on my way, in about 15 minutes, not 2 hours. OUTSTANDING!!!
Customer service is always great!! Wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
I am ecstatically pleased with the exemplary service I received from the manager, Tom, and his crew at Dobbs. Everything went like clock work. The time frame given for the repairs was spot on as well as the quality of the work. Most significant and noticeable of all was the CORDIAL, KIND, PROFESSIONALISM, CONSIDERATION AND CONCERN, I RECEIVED!!
Service happened in a timely manner. Ist person I checked in with did not indicate that I needed a special type of oil, so I was not charged for it at checkout.

The staff at this store were very polite and professional. I brought my van in because the tpms light was on and I needed a new battery. It took 2 hours before it was done. The battery was replaced but the light was still on. A different technician finally turned it off. I was the second person in the store that morning. I usually replace my own battery. It is a 15 minute job tops. I believe the technician that worked on my car was flat out lazy. Everyone else was apologetic.
