The personnel at the Festus location are excellent. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and on time. I have 5 vehices and I take them all for service and repair.
I like the fact if you find other thing that might need fix you tell us. so we can get them fixed.

My visit left me disappointed and frustrated. Overall experience while on site was not bad. Employees were polite and "seemed" to be on top of their game. Turns out that was merely an illusion. I came in to have several items done on the truck. Oil change, tire rotation, alignment, emissions inspection. When the truck was finished, I paid my bill and left. I partially blame myself. After sitting there for 2.5 hours while the work was being done, I was ready to leave, so I did not pay as much attention to the paperwork as I should have. It was not until Monday morning (when I attempted to turn the inspection paperwork in to my office for the vehicle to be registered - it is a company vehicle) that I realized they did not give me the inspection paperwork. "No big deal" I thought, "I'll just call them when they open and have them email or fax it to me." Come to find out the emissions inspection was NEVER EVEN PERFORMED. I paid for it, I am quite certain because I looked at the invoice several times to make sure. When this information came to light, it was treated as no big deal. "Just bring the vehicle back in, and we will get it done very quickly." Except for the fact that I have other things planned, other things scheduled. I did not choose to spend 2.5 hours of my weekend "having the work done" because I enjoy spending time there. I brought it in that day because that was the only day I had time available. As I mentioned previously, this is a company vehicle, so my office was to the point they needed the paperwork, so I came back Monday evening...After cancelling previous engagements, as well as keeping my child out of her practice for the night (which I PAY for her to do). I understand people make mistakes, by no means am I perfect. The part that bothers me THE MOST about all of this is how nonchalantly this was treated. No big deal, just bring it back in...no care or concern for my schedule. No apology... All I can say is WOW.Makes me wonder what else I have paid your company to do that they simply overlooked without a care??? I paid for a tire rotation...somehow I am doubting that was done either.
Vehicle was serviced properly and in a timely manner. It was kept clean.

Had a broken shock on my truck, bill and his crew fix it with no problem's.Everyone that work's their are so nice.i won't go anywhere else to get my truck or car fixed.
