Bill got my car right in and service was prompt. Staff was very courteous. Facility was clean and coffee was pretty good.
Called early in the am and asked to make an appointment. They said it was not busy that day and an appointment wouldn't be necessary. Went in with my small child and waited 3 hours for a simple oil change!!! When I asked for a shuttle ride home they said they were under staffed and couldn't give us a ride home. Will always make an appointment!!!!
Excellent in and out service
Big John ordered in four new Goodyear's, called me when they were in and I came in Saturday for installation and a yearly inspection. Job well done by everyone involved.
Love Bill. He always takes care of anything I need on my cars are any of my kids care. Always willing to explain what ever I ask. Love this store. John is always very helpful too.
Nothing like on way to work on a Monday morning and a tire that won't take air. Called Dobbs, got me right in even though booked solid, repaired tire and back on the road in 30 minutes. That is service!

I purchased a set of Cooper tires for my 2005 Camry. Bill the store manager as always was great! Tires are quiet and smooth. And the price was fair. I'm 100% satisfied with my experience on 5-9-16.I would recommend Dobbs to friends and family when they need to purchase tires.I'm not able to recommend the repair center at this time to anyone. I won't go into detail because I already spoke with Bill about it. I will only say that I came close to spending $630.0o for no reason. I will need some time to get some re-newed faith back in the technicians who work in the service department. Bill has always done me right and he is the only reason I returned to purchase the tires on 5-9-16. He's a great guy!

John, Bill, & the rest of the guys always take great care of me! They always let me know if my car needs something & how pressing a problem it is without pushing me to fix everything now if I can't or don't want to. I appreciate the no pressure atmosphere there. They know my name & use it to greet me when I walk through the door. They even take time to ask how my pets are doing. These guys are GREAT!!
