Brought 2007 nitro in for tune up. They did a great job on my Nitro runs great. It did not take long. They always treated me like a friend.
Brought in my Pontiac for an oil change and tire rotation. Work completed and back on the road.
Brought my 2012 Colorado in for general service, lube, oil, filter and tire rotation. Work completed quickly at a fair price.
Service I get from dobb's is always 5 stars.bill and his crew are top notch.always in out fixed right.never any problems.
Had a flat one cold morning. Decided it was time to get four new tires. Called Dobbs to see if they had my Tires in stock. Manager told me yes. Arrived 15 minutes later only to be told they did not by another employee. Dobbs wanted to schedule me for later in the week. I told them about the Manager just telling me they where in stock. The employee said he could send someone in to the warehouse around noon and get me in then. They called me at 1:00pm All four tires where replaced by 2:30pm. -3 Stars for the miss information that messed up the rest of my day. +2 Stars for the quick install once they got the tires in stock.
Had both of my vehicles in for service on December 3rd. One for new tires and one for lube. Both jobs done well. Excellent service and customer care.
I have always received courteous and super service at this store.I would and have recommended it to others.
Very good service all the time I bring nitro in.
