Inspection

The location in Festus is staffed by knowledgeable and friendly people. I stopped allowing Dobbs to service my vehicles other than safety and emission inspections due to a problem some years ago. A different location failed to reinstall the front brake pad clips on my vehicle, which caused a rattling sound. 2 additional Dobbs trips arming a different location with this knowledge as to the problem and still no clips were reinstalled on the pads. I then went to a dealer and had them install the clips. Dobbs did reimburse me but my trust in Dobbs was over.

They always do a great job! They keep an eye out for things that are wrong....but are honest about whether they need immediate attention or can wait for another paycheck or 2.
