Car taken in upon arrival and requested oil change was made along with inspection of vehicle. Problems found and corrected in good time. Advised of cost to repair all including backup camera which I declined to repair. Dealt with good people and was treated well. Can't ask for better. I take my car to Dobbs for work, tires and maintenance. Like the people and work they do.

I got 4 new tires installed on Friday. The price was better than anywhere else in the area I called. The service was fast. However, there were 2 issues....1. When I initially called for the price quote, I had understood an alignment was included, but when I arrived for the appointment, they said only an alignment check is included. I ended up paying about $70 more for this.2. They called me back 3 days later, stating they put the wrong tires on and I needed to come in to switch them. They did not offer me anything for their mistake or my inconvenience. I had to ask for at least a free oil change, which they then gave me

I have never had any issues with the Dobbs in Fairview heights, il. They had always been so great to me. Jason cook, the manager, has always been a tremendous help! I recommend them to friends often!

oil change and tire rotation

I was there about an hour and thirty minutes for an oil change and tire rotation only to find out when ask about my car that service had been provided and the car was sitting in the back. I was then told i needed a wheel alignment which someone could have told me earlier before the car was taken down and was sitting in the back all that time so i was unable to get the wheel alignment due to the fact i had another appointment. furthermore, if i wanted to get the wheel alignment the car would have had to be put right back on the rack. The reason i know this is because as soon as i told the cashier another time, in less than a minute my car was brought to me.
