Oil change

Been doing business for serveral year with Dobbs and have never had a problem.

As always, I had excellent service last week. Had an accident in our can, and Chris right away checked it over for me to make sure it was still safe to drive, knowing we are going on a trip. He even put the license plate back on. Our 11 year old van has only been serviced by this Dobbs. As well as the vehicle we had before this. We can count on it being fixed timely and and done well. Only on 1 occasion has Dobbs had to redo something for us, and that was done with graciousness and politely.

Brakes

I brought my car in for brakes. They did a good job and I wasn't there all day.

2 weeks earlier on Sep 16 , I took my car in because the engine light was on. That cost me 500.26. 2 days later the engine light was back on, took it in Sep 30. It was finally fixed right and turned out to be something on top of the engine. If that had been fixed correctly the right time, my bill would not have been the 500 (due to labor involved). It would only have been the 165.00 I was charged on Sep 30. This is the first time ever I've been unhappy with Dobbs.

Oil Change and Tire Rotation

In and out within 30 minutes. Great job as always.
