I just want to say that the service I received at the Ellisville location was fantastic. The Store Manager David K. helped me personally and he went above and beyond to make sure that my service needs were met and our car was taken care of promptly. Thanks David K. and thanks Dobbs!
You folks were friendly and the service was quick..... I have no complaints!!
The inspections were for getting this years tags nothing found so no big deal. But there was a slight lack of attention to detail that I felt worthy to note. That being as my car had just been cleaned and looking pretty good I get in to find that the person who had scrapped off the stickers just left the scrapings all over my dash. Now really how hard would it have been to grad the vac and clean that up? It's those type attention to detail moments that can make a good or bad experience. Now I'm probably not going to stop going to Dobb's because of this but you asked.

Have always had good service from Dobbs. Pricing is fair. I'm a satisfied customer.
I had scheduled online appointment for replacing new tires.It took them 30 minutes to just locate my order. Drew (customer service Rep) was very kind and apologetic but the Store Manager was rude, may be he can learn from his fellow team mates on how to treat their customers. Needless to say, it took more than 2 hours to get the tires replaced even after scheduling an appointment. Will never visit this location again.
Mike took me in and repaired 2002 S10 brakes very quickly and courteously. Would recommend Dobbs to my friends and family
The Doibbs team did a good job of getting my power steering leak problem resolved.
