Dobbs serviced my truck for an oil changed and a tire fixed. That work was great. However, when I picked the truck up the battery was dead. This wasn't the case when I dropped off and I believe the lights were left on. The guy at the front desk brought out a portable charger with no charge in it. He went back inside because of the cold. No other help was offered. Several employees walked by and didnt offer assistance. I left the truck there overnight and came back the next day and fixed on my own. I don't expect my hand to be held but when my truck doesn't start after being at your facility, I would expect you to fix it or at least help me until it is running. I ended up going to a competitor, buying two new batteries and fixing it in Dobbs parking lot myself. Very dissatisfied with the quality of service. I don't expect you to go above and beyond...but if my vehicle doesn't run on your parking lot than at least I would appreciate the offer to help fix it.
