Recent visit

I've always had a very good opinion of this business; until this visit.I had four (4) tires replaced, the battery replaced, and an alignment. The mechanics then informed me my air filter was filthy and needed replacement and my power steering fluid was very dirty and needed to be flushed and refilled, for a total of approx. $120.The problem with that, is that immediately prior to my visit that morning, my Honda dealership had done an oil change and full inspection of the vehicle. They reported NO PROBLEMS with either the air filter or the power steering fluid.I brought this to the attention of the front desk as I was checking out and the guy just sheepishly mumbled some excuse and never really addressed the problemI wrote a complaint to Dobb's, but never received a response.I no longer trust them and don't plan to use their services again in the future because of this incident.

I use to think that it was cheaper to go to one of Dobbs competitors who offer faster oil change services but I was deeply wrong. I took a chance on Dobbs and it beat it's competitors by 50%! Thanks Dobbs for providing your customers with expert quality service at reasonable price. By the way, the service that you rendered to me and won me over was an oil change, tire rotation, and tire balancing. Remember, I just went in for an oil change and received more than what I expected at a cheaper price. Now that's the type of service I am looking for! Thank You!

Wonderful Service!

Friendly and knowledgable without being pushy.

It's been awhile since we've been in as we didn't care for the direction the service center had went in under a previous manager. We were greeted with friendly service people just like we used to see in the past. I believe we will be using your store once again for our service needs.
