Car inspection and tire noise

I brought the car in for a state inspection and a tire noise. The car needed new brakes to pass inspection. I was told that this was the cause of my tire noise and that a $36 checkout charge would not be assessed because I was having the work done but I was charged the $26 checkout charge and a miscellaneous charge of $29.95. My wife picked up the car so I was not aware of the additional charges until later when I looked at the bill. How do you get a misc $29.95 charge for an inspection and brake work. I was quoted a price over the phone for the brake work so the misc charge is just a bogus fee.

Great Service As Usual

Came in for an oil change. The nice thing about Dobbs is they will completely check your vehicle over and warn you about "what could happen" and how to prevent it.
