Left my car for a tail light replacement and it was done quickly and without any "oh, by the way we noticed a ??? needs replacing, do you want us to take care of it". Good job...
We needed 2 new tires due to hitting a curb. Dropped the car off on Saturday, they ordered the tires that day and installed on Monday as promised. Price was a little different than expected mostly because they didn't check the details of the warranty on Saturday and didn't anticipate a needed alignment. I understood the change but it would have been better to know that upfront.
Employees were nice.Service requested was done well.Paperwork hard to follow. Had to ask for a lot of clarifications. Cashier forgot to give me all the paperwork. Had to call twice to get it emailed to me.
Good timing. Good explanations.Would like to see the historical record of my visits with this car to track maintenance issues over the years.
