Oil change & new struts

Dobbs has done good work in the past but this time I must complain that 2 days after this work was done all 4 tires were very low on air. Obviously this was not checked before completing their repair work. I was sending the car to school the next day with my son and had to go to 3 places in big winter storm due to their oversight.

Issues with Service

Picked up SUV on time as promised but discovered problems remained. Techs could not diagnose that evening and had to leave car overnight. Techs completed service by noon on Saturday. Very frustrated as it appears initial tech did not verify work.
