I believe I got a good deal on a set of tires and received good service. The result is a job well done.

No problems

The only problem was that I was told that the car was ready well before work was completed and I ended up wasting a lot of time waiting for it. At last I just got a ride home and had to come back the next day.

Courteous treatment during state inspection and tire rotation that did not take as long as I expected. Comfortable waiting area.

inspection

Did not pass. Said could not pass with engine light on. I told them it was on before inspection. Also want to charge for diagnostic, but my dealer will do for no charge. Would have saved time not going here.
