Had a great experience with Dobbs. We have been servicing our cars there for 10 years. they know my kid by name, car and face. My daughter had a blow out totally destroyed the tire. AAA put not the spare and she took it to Dobbs, they took her the work and called when it was ready. I was able to pay over the phone without leaving my office. They know the car and the tires. All of our Care Care is at dobbs. And the fixed for life is real. I have a Honda with over 450,000 miles and it runs smooth and they have all the records and has replace starters, altenatos and brakes of free because they guaranteed the work. I am keeping the car because all of the work was done at Dobbs. It the best decision you can make for a care that you plan to keep for years. Even when we moved the new dobbs close to our new home stepped right in and keep the process moving

unhappy for the first time in

I was at the Chesterfield Dobbs on the Parkway, it was a tire emergency during my work hours so I called before I drove over and said I was in a hurry, they said "no problem" . They had my name and car info before I arrived. when I got there, they told me to take a seat. I waited for 20 minutes until my son came and got me and asked about my car. Apparently no.one had looked at it and I was told that they didn't know I was in a hurry- the same guy I talked to on the phone and handed keys to! They were too busy watching " Pawn Stars" on TV to help me get back to work- This is a comment form that you sent in November, but I am using it now, because I did'my receive one after my most recent visit. Customer service has really declined in that shop lately
