My car was not repaired properly after spending an entire day in the shop and upon bringing it to be repaired the next day, I found some individuals to be somewhat rude. Car maintenance is expensive and time consuming and very disruptive to the customers life and it would serve the staff well to acknowledge this and be considerate of it when dealing with the customer.

Got a flat tire recently and had previously purchased my tires at Dobbs. Stopped by and within 2 hours the tire was replaced under warranty and the service was complete!
