I have always had good service here. This time I was shocked to be billed $125.00 for a service any auto parts store would do for free without being advised ahead of time. In the end I got a little more information I wouldn't have goten and a small credit to compensate.

The overall service was fine, minus only one part the store manager, Sean has always been short and rather aggressive on the phone, whenever I have tried to make an appointment. It has caused me enough grief to stop coming to Dobbs alltogether now. Really sucks because everyone else that worked there was pleasant and worked hard to get me out on my way as soon as possible.
