Great service. I had a nail puncture my tire on the way home work and Dobb's fixed it before they closed. I really needed my car the next morning. I am very thankful.

Dobbs Service

We always can get and expect great service from the Dobbs Service Center in Chesterfield.

They have been doing a very good job for me for over 10 years.

I have been a Dobbs customer since 1976. The only times I've gone to someone else was for warranty work on a new car or on a trip and needed service.

Oil Change - Tire Rotation

VERY UNHAPPY WITH SERVICE - Called 2-days ahead to schedule 9:00 am appointment for oil change & tire rotation. Dropped car off at 8:45 am and asked for early afternoon pick-up. Was told 4:00 pick-up was best they could do. I called at 3:30 and they had not gotten to it yet. Wasn't ready until after 4:30 pm. When I picked it up and drove off, heard loud clatter from rear wheel so had to come back to get that fixed (I was told tire balance lug was positioned incorrectly and was rubbing against brake caliber). Finally got car back at around 5:30 pm.

Oil Change

Really getting tired of coming in for an oil change only to be told there is much more that needs to be fixed. When I asked to see the old belt that I was told had large chunks taken from it, there was on SMALL cut in the middle that looked like it was done recently. When I questioned it, I was met with sarcasm and attitude. I have been a loyal customer since moving to the area 5 years ago and I have 3 cars. Will be moving on.........

I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT GREAT EXPERIENCES AT DOBBS. THIS WAS MY FIRST TRIP TO THIS LOCATION IN CHESTERFIELD. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND THE WORK WAS THOROUGH!

Everyon was very nice and tires done on time. Would recommend to frinds.
