Walked in for a Saturday morning oil service and was greeted by the store manager Tony. Within min. my vehicle was in the shop and done within the hour. Forgot to mention the low tire as I was driving away, only to notice the tire indicator on dash showed all to be properly inflated.2 Thumbs up! Thank you Collinsville crew

I made an appointment and waited for 2 solid hours for an oiled change. If I had known it would take so long I wouldnt have stayed.
I brought to the appointment some oil additive to add in addition to the oil. I asked Dale when I came to pick up vehicle if this was done, he said yes, The same was indicated on the invoice. As we enter the vehicle, we are greeted by the full bottle of oil additive?
I was able to purchase 4 new tires and have them installed the same day. I did not have to wait long and the techs were friendly and very informative. My car runs like new!
I brought the truck in due to a sticking emergency brake. I was told you inspected it and found it needed new cables. I went to pull the drum and found it frozen to the hub so you could not have inspected it. I pulled the drum with a puller and found the emergency brake return spring broken. I replaced it and the emergency brake worked fine. I do not believe you inspected the truck at all, but tried to get me to pay 391 dollars for work not needed.
