I like how my car drive now but I think Dobbs is too expensive. I paid 130 just for diagnostic., the going price in the are is less than 100 dollars

Tire Purchase and alignment

I was happy with the service and with the local Collinsville employees getting me in with no appointment on the 30th.

Frustrating

I has a scheduled tire change after losing all the air in my tire the day before and having AAA put my spare on. With my scheduled appointment it took almost an hour (30 minutes longer then they said). In leaving, I asked the store manager to make sure that they would put my spare back underneath my minivan. I was assured that they "absolutely will". It wasn't until I stopped at my next destination 20 minutes away and opened the back of my minivan that I saw the spare tire laying in the back... It's still there because I have to find the time to put it away correctly myself. Disappointing service time and the actual service was less then impressive...

Dropped off our '06 Sienna on Sunday 11-11 for timing belt, got an estimate so I knew what to expect for the timing belt cost. I decided to have the plugs replaced while there. There were additional charges that I was not made aware of ahead of time even though I spoke to the service desk at about 8:00 Monday morning. A $119 charge for air induction service and an oil change that I didn't authorize. So there was some "Sticker Shock" when I picked up the vehicle. The vehicle runs well but I would have preferred to have been notified about the additional charges ahead of time. -Anthony

Very informative & courteous. Was happy with price. Buy one get one free. Also $70 factory rebate.Had to wait 2 hours even with appointment time. Not Good.
