Great experience. Went in for a quick and easy oil change. I expected some upselling for air filter(s) & belt tightening but was very pleased to not get a hard sell when I declined the extra items. Thank you for that.

Throughout the entire process, the staff at the Collinsville Dobb's was nothing but understanding and professional. They explained what was wrong with my car, called me in compliance with my work schedule, and did quality work with great efficiency.

Honest and Great Work

I have shops much closer to my house but choose to come back to this location repeatedly because of the excellent service. If I don't need a repair, they tell me - they don't try to sell me a bunch of things just to make money. They do great work, and I recommend them to everyone I know.

I received great service; The first store I visited had too many tires to install to help me in time, and referred me to another in Collinsville. Service was quick and great, and my bill was only 24.95!I have beena regular custiomer with several cars since 1998, I have driven about 900,000 miles with Dobbs support, with 386K on one car, and 370K on another.
