Recent visit

I was in need of an oil change, tire rotation and front end alignment check. I called three different Dobbs before I could get an "appointment" Jim at Cahokia promised me that he would get me up on the rack if I got there by 730. I was and he did. I got the oil changed, he noticed that I needed to wiper blades but was not trying to sell me hard. I told him I was here lets get it done. The front end did need to be aligned, it took a little longer than was anticipated, so they offered me $20 off the alignment. Jim also talked with me about tires. I have gotten all of my tires from Dobbs for the past 7 or so years.. I love the free tire rotation and repair guarantee. I will be back in July to get new tires. I have found a new Dobbs, which is a shame because Waterloo is still such a pain in the ass because of Doug.

Vehicle Repairs

As usual....Fantastic!My vehicle had issues "coincidently" right in front of Dobbs, Cahokia.As I pulled in the lot, technician came out to see what was going on, and immediately notified store manager of my vehicle problems.Jim (Manager) and his staff addressed the issues and had me "back on the road" in the estimated time. Dobbs has always taken good care of my vehicles! THANKS!

Auto maintenance

I am very pleased with the service I received at Dobbs. I had new brakes and rotors installed and an oil change.

Oil Change

Have always had oil change done at dealer. Always bought tires at Dobbs. Dealer changed oil and price. Gave Dobbs a chance and they were great. Stopped in got time to bring in Jeep next day, brought in had oil change done and tire rotation on tires that were bought there. Done in under two hours, told them I was not in a hurry. Last time at dealer with appt. was 3 hours and was asked 3 diff times about getting other service done. sorry, dealer you will not see me again.
