My indicator light is still on after I had a tire plugged and I haven't been able to get back in because the shop closes before I can get off work to get there.

Brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything done right and on time. Well managed place. No "up service" pressure, which I appreciate.
Dobbs has been the go-to on our vehicles for 20 years. It has been my in-laws for over 30. The Cahokia location is fast, efficient and never have hidden costs that spring on you later. They keep us updated on how more comprehensive repairs are progressing. They have taken excellent care of our trucks, cars, and minivans we have had over the years, everything from Neon to Denali.

I received excellent service on my visit.
On Monday July 3rd I had an appointment to get new tires. The original estimate that I was given was cheaper than the paperwork that was waiting for me. They honored the original quote. I settled in the waiting area, about an hour later my tires were finished, oil was changed and I was happily on my way. Two hours later I was driving home to Waterloo and my low tire pressure light came on. I pulled into Waterloo Dobbs, I don't always get the best service at this location but I had no choice. I explained to the manager when I walked in my situation, I had purchased a set of new tires two hours ago and my light came on. He took the keys and started checking the tire pressure. Sure enough one tire had 20 lbs of pressure. YIKES. I went to the waiting area. Sure enough he rolled the tire into the waiting area, and a 6 inch piece of aluminum was sticking through my brand new tire. Of course they did not have these in stock. The van was going to get tires. My was replaced FREE of charge. TYVM
