I'm never disappointed with the service at the Wisconsin Rapids location. They are friendly and professional and genuinely care about their customers.
Everything was done in good time once all the parts were there. Took a little longer than planned but all is well.

1/2 hour in the shop cleaning battery cables and i guess doing a diagnostic because i couldn't find out what was happening till 3 1/2 hours later. my car was in the parking lot at that time. then i was told my starter was bad and my bill was 97.00. i said they haven't done anything when they cut the bill in half. they gave me an estimate for the starter for over 850.00. had it done in stevens point for 600 two days later. how can the same company differ so much? I've been dealing with schierl tire for over 30 years and couldn't believe what was happening. will not go back.

I have found it to be increasingly difficult to schedule oil changes... a week to two weeks out is not acceptable.Not sure the reason why it takes that much but it needs to be addressed.. I have given up purchasing the coupon book and have taken my other two vehicles elsewhere for oil. I have always found the service to be great just needs to be timely..
