Free Tire Repair not so free

So, disappointed in the "free" tire repair. Our car was dropped off on a Sunday night with a flat tire. Supposedly, the tire was repaired. Unfortunately, the tire was just filled and not really checked out since the tire was completely flat in the garage the next day. We then had to pay a tow truck to get the flat tire back to the shop to be repaired again -a/k/a get the nail out that should have been found the first time! Had the tire actually been repaired the first time, we would not have needed to pay a tow truck to get us back to the shop or arrange for a ride to/from work two days.
