Amazing and helpful

I called to ask about my tire and explained my situation to Peggy. She was so helpful and asked if I could bring it in right away. Appts were out into early January so I was sooo thankful that she gave us this option. It was 4:30pm and the team fixed my tire and got us back on the road by 5:00pm free of charge. It was such an amazing act of kindness and I am so happy I called Schierl, its the only place I will be taking my vehicle from here on out. Thank you Peggy and team!

I had been researching tires for my vehicle and brought my 3top 3 choices into Schierl. Peggy Parker was able to price them out and describe the promotions offered on 2 of the 3 tires. I made my decision and was able to get the tires installed within 2 weeks. Very satisfied customer.

Tire Repair

The Friday before deer season, I started my vehicle and was greeted with a low PSI message for me left rear tire at 26 PSI. I immediately drove to the Wi Rapids location. Sales Specialist Peggy Parker checked me in and although the day was already booked, she assured me that they would handle the tire repair, and they did! Peggy saved the day and the next morning I was on the road to begin deer season. Thank you, Peggy!

Friendly Customer Service

Dealing with friendly customer service is very important to me. Before any work was done, I was given and understandable explanation of what needed to be done and an estimate. The service was done in a timely manner, and the estimate was right on. I really like dealing with Schierl Tire Service Center.

Above and beyond

My muffler was dragging and I called Schierl on 9/10 late in the afternoon. They did not have any appointments for a week. I explained that the mucked was repaired less than a year ago at another local establishment. They wonderfully accommodated me by asking me to drop the car the following day. At the first thing on the morning. I was there as soon as they opened. They took the Far, fixed the problem and assured me that it would last a very long time. I thought that I would not hear back until the end of business day, but the car was done early afternoon. The price was also 20% less than the last place I took it. Again, I had Isherwood with Schierls about 18 years ago, but I have given them a second chance starting a few years ago and I have been impressed and very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

New Tires

I had popped one of my tires and limped my car back to Rapids where I live. I stopped in at Schierl Tire, and worked with Peggy to get my wheels fixed. After looking over my tires it was decided that it would be best to replace them all. She helped walk me through the Goodyear Tire offers, and with a 6 month no interest card, this will make the tires a lot easier to pay for, as I have an existing house project that I also need to pay for. They gave me a loaner car for the day, and then had it fixed in less than 24hrs. I can't overstate how fantastic my experience was, and a large part of that was Peggy. Thank you for helping me get back on the road!
