I was out showing homes in the Rapids and all of a sudden my low tire light came on. So I seen Schierl Tire down the road. So I stopped in, they found a tiny hole in my tire and fixed it for no cost! I was very grateful! Wonderful people!
Len did an absolutely amazing job in coordinating the repair of my daughters car Tire. What seemed like a minor thing to some was about to turn into something major for us. I live out of town and my daughter has a very long police Academy schedule and I was not sure how we were going to get the tire picked up when it was finished. After dropping it off Len to get upon himself to see if he could have one of the technicians fix the tire right away, and they did get it done and caught me before I left town. Absolutely amazing I did not have to worry about getting the tire picked up it was great. Very appreciative to the technician as well, to get to it immediately averting a what do I do now situation. Wonderful job on both their parts
Peggy at the front desk was wonderful from the very first minute I called. We needed to have our vehicle towed and they had a loaner car for us to use. That helped reduce our stress level. They got our vehicle up and running in no time at all. It was a great auto repair experience.
My tire light went on , we called numerous tire dealers and every place was full.
Called in the morning and was able to get squeezed into the schedule same day! Peggy upfront with customer support was a sweetheart and Ryan had my Jeep fixed and ready to rock just hours later! And the cherry on top... It was COMPLETELY FREE!!
