I would like to call attention to the fact that Josh, Rob and Kevin functioned as a well organised team at the Weston store. Their efforts and patience with me as a customer resulted in the selection and installation of the proper Michelin X energy line tires for my motor home. The excellent experiences in your store will be remembered long after the tires are gone.

My tire appointment went very well, its so convenient going there I can get shuttled to work, and the girl behind the counter was very helpful.
My 2000 Honda Civics's broken exhaust system was fixed in two hours (walk-in to walk-out) without an appointment.Mechanic actually showed me the muffler/exhaust pipe problem while my vehicle was up on the rack, so I was confident the work needed to be done. The overall repair bill was reasonable, especially the labor rate.I'll be back in late spring to have my auto's AC fixed.
I asked to have both front and rear breaks replaced, tires rotated and balanced as well as an oil change on my daughters car. When they called me to pick the car, I found they only replaced the front brakes. I was not happy with that at all. The car is 6 years old. If I want new brakes, that's what I expect. When questioned they they only did the front they seemed surprised. Personally I think they forgot to do them. Their inspection sheet shows the rear breaks in the caution range. That said,I said change them. Ops. Worse yet they billed me more then any shop I ever had do brakes. The bill charged for rear brake parts, which they did not do. I wanted rear breaks , but as stated they did not do... I will state this to anyone who wants to know about Schierl tires work. I just getting started ... checking the oil level, I was surprised again. The oil is all most black.. yes black. They did offer to change it. But at this point I'm done with poor service. Tires balance was done poor to.

I had bald tires. I had questions on different types of tires, and was helped on the what different tires did such as winter, mud, snow, better gas mileage, etc. I opted for Goodyear AT/S, a good all around tire with good winter traction 50K warranty. Most reviews online are very good and could not find any negatives. The folks at Schierl Tire are strait forward on their service. Great job!
Although I didn't like hearing brakes were needed with less than 30K miles on vehicle, I was very pleased. Stopped in without an appt as the noise had just started. They got me in and out within an hour.
Awesome all the people that work there are wonderful !!
