The whole experience was great from the moment I picked up the phone to make the appointment. The staff was very friendly and the service was timely. The customer service staff did a great job of explaining without over explaining the results prepared by the service staff. I would recommend them to anyone and I will be back for sure.
Were former residents of this area, but moved to Arizona a number of years ago. We recently returned to be closer to our family, so the changes back here were overwhelming and we were not familiar with a tire service, etc. We checked with friends and several recommended Schierl, so thats why I chose your company when I experienced a slow leak in my LF tire. I stopped in and was told they could correct the problem the next dayand they did (including the rotation tires). I found your personnel to be friendly and knowledgeable, so in the event I need tire service in the future Im sure Ill return.
A job well done. They were flexible in their time frame and appointment. Everybody at the front desk was very nice and easy to work with

Great customer service
I really needed my new tires put on ASAP since I would be working all weekend and the snow was going to get bad! I brought it in and they got all the tires put on and ready to go before then end of their day , and I was already number 4 for ad ons to their already packed schedule! They were wonderful!!
Had a leveling kit put in my truck, took longer than originally estimated, but they worked with me to make it right without up-charging for the labor. They stand by their workmanship and keep the customer number #1.
